摘　　要：目的目前自媒体健康传播呈现去中心化、交互式、个性化的特点,并且由于社区居民的参与程度高且易于接受,因此逐渐成为社区居民健康管理的重要途径。本文基于自媒体交互式传播的特点及健康传播的影响力,阐述自媒体健康传播对社区脑卒中患者自我健康管理中的作用,对存在问题进行思考,并提出优化措施。At present,we media health communication has the characteristics of decentralization,interaction and personalization.Due to the high degree of participation and easy acceptance of community residents,it has gradually become an important way of community residents'health management.Based on the characteristics of we media interactive communication and the influence of health communication,this paper expounds the role of we media health communication in community stroke selfhealth management,thinks about the existing problems,and puts forward optimization measures.
