摘　　要：20世纪后期以来积极心理学快速发展,已成为心理学研究的一个重要组成部分,在心理学研究中备受关注。积极心理学主要研究积极人格的形成和培养,以帮助人们提升积极心态,提高心理健康水平。积极心理学旨在通过科学的原则和方法探索人类幸福,并且强调积极的态度,以促进人们的心理健康、身体健康和社会融洽发展。近年来,积极心理学迅速发展,在临床应用中表现出了重要作用。本文阐述了积极心理学的研究内容和治疗方法,综述了积极心理干预在临床应用方面的进展,并对积极心理学的临床应用推广提出了新的思考,以期为相关领域的研究和实践提供参考。By the end of the 20th century,positive psychology had rapidly emerged and become an integral part of psychological research,garnering significant attention worldwide.The primary focus of positive psychology is the exploration of the formation and cultivation of positive traits,aimed at enhancing individuals'mental attitudes and improving their psychological well-being through an investigation into human happiness via scientific principles and methods,with an emphasis on positive attitudes to promote people's psychological health,physical well-being and social harmony.In recent years,the field of positive psychology has witnessed rapid development and has demonstrated significant utility in clinical application.This paper elaborated on the research content and therapeutic approaches of positive psychology,reviewed the progress of positive psychological interventions in clinical applications,and proposed new perspectives in clinical application of positive psychology,aiming to provide references for research and practice in related fields.
