摘 要:针对某金铜矿山含铁中和渣堆存量大、杂质多等问题,采用浮选-浸出方法,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电镜能谱(EDS)等表征手段,开展了含铁中和渣中α-Fe_(2)O_(3)回收利用研究,结果表明:含铁中和渣主要由石膏、氢氧化铁、氢氧化铝、石英等组成,其中石膏与金属氢氧化物以机械混合方式存在;铁、铝、锌等离子形成的金属氢氧化物以非结晶絮状团聚体形式存在。基于含铁中和渣的物质组成特点,采用一粗一扫的浮选工艺,将含铁中和渣中石膏与富铁渣分离,获得了铁(以Fe计)质量分数为32.2%的富铁渣。采用酸浸和碱浸的方法对富铁渣中的铁进行回收,可获得铁(以Fe_(2)O_(3)计)质量分数为77.4%的α-Fe_(2)O_(3)样品。提取的氧化铁产物质量满足GB/T 1863-2008《氧化铁颜料》的相关要求,可作为颜料或着色剂使用。In response to the problems of large inventory and high impurities in the iron containing neutralization slag pile of a certain gold and copper mine,the flotation leaching method was used to study the recovery and utilization ofα-Fe_(2)O_(3) in the iron containing neutralization slag through characterization methods such as XRD,SEM,EDS,etc.The results showed that the iron containing neutralization slag was mainly composed of gypsum,iron hydroxide,aluminum hydroxide,quartz,etc.,among which gypsum and metal hydroxide exist in a mechanical mixing manner;Metal hydroxides formed by ions of iron,aluminum,and zinc exist in the form of amorphous flocculent aggregates.Based on the material composition characteristics of iron containing neutralization slag,a one coarse-sweep flotation process was adopted to separate gypsum from iron rich slag in the iron containing neutralization slag,obtaining iron rich slag with a mass fraction of 32.2%(calculated as Fe).By using acid leaching and alkali leaching methods to recover iron from rich iron slag,anα-Fe_(2)O_(3) sample with an iron(calculated as Fe_(2)O_(3))mass fraction of 77.4%can be obtained.The quality of the extracted iron oxide product meets the relevant requirements of GB/T 1863-2008"Iron Oxide Pigments"and can be used as a pigment or coloring agent.
