摘 要:【目的】探究施硒对灰毡毛忍冬硒含量、产量和药用成分含量的影响。【方法】以灰毡毛忍冬优良品种‘金翠蕾’为试验材料,采用叶面喷施亚硒酸钠方法,设计喷施硒浓度0、50、100、150、200、250 mg/L及喷施次数0次、1次、2次、3次,测定不同喷施硒浓度和喷施次数的干花硒含量、鲜花产量、干花绿原酸和木犀草苷含量。【结果】施硒后灰毡毛忍冬的干花硒含量、鲜花产量、干花绿原酸和木犀草苷含量显著增加,喷施硒浓度150~200 mg/L比不施硒分别显著提高了192.42%~231.82%、53.14%~70.29%、16.32%~19.51%、14.61%~21.35%,喷施硒2次比不施硒显著提高了226.23%、63.41%、21.45%和22.31%。鲜花产量、干花绿原酸和木犀草苷含量均随着喷施硒浓度和喷施硒次数的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,干花硒含量与喷施硒浓度之间也表现出类似的趋势,但随着施硒次数的增加干花硒含量呈现递增的趋势。【结论】施硒能显著提高灰毡毛忍冬硒含量和产量,改善干花的品质,最适喷施硒浓度为150~200 mg/L,最适喷施硒次数为2次,即在花芽分化前期和花蕾初现期各喷施硒1次。【Objective】It is to investigate the effects of selenium applications on the selenium content,yield and medicinal constituents content of Lonicera macranthoides.【Method】Using the excellent variety‘Jincuilei’of Lonicera macranthoides as the test material,the method of foliar spraying sodium selenite was adopted to design the spraying selenium concentration of 0,50,100,150,200,250 mg/L and the number of times of spraying were 0 times,1 time,2 times,and 3 times.The selenium content of dried flowers,fresh flower yield,contents of chlorogenic acid and lignoceroside in dried flowers of different spraying selenium concentration and spraying times were determined.【Result】The selenium content of dried flowers,fresh flower yield,contents of chlorogenic acid and lignoceroside in dried flowers were significantly increased after selenium application,and spraying selenium concentration of 150-200 mg/L significantly increased by 192.42%-231.82%,53.14%-70.29%,16.32%-19.51%,and 14.61%-21.35%compared with that without selenium,and spraying selenium twice significantly increased by 226.23%,63.41%,21.45%,and 22.31%compared with no selenium.Fresh flower yield,dried flower chlorogenic acid and lignoceroside content all showed an increasing and then decreasing trend with increasing selenium spray concentration and number of selenium sprays,and there was a similar trend between the dried flower selenium content and selenium concentration,with an increasing trend of dried flower selenium content with increasing number of selenium sprays.【Conclusion】Selenium application can significantly increase the selenium content and yield of Lonicera macranthoides,and improve the quality of dried flowers.The optimum spraying selenium concentration is 150-200 mg/L,and the optimum number of selenium sprays is 2 times,that is,selenium sprayed once at the stage of pre-flower bud differentiation and once at the stage of bud initiation.
