机械连冲式红枣去核设备的设计及研究

摘　　要：研究设计了一种高效、适应性强且能有效解决红枣去核过程中粘枣核问题的机械连冲式红枣去核设备。经样机检测,该设备对于枣去核的合格率达到96%,噪声也较小,能够满足预期要求且运行良好。A mechanical continuous punching red date pitting device with high efficiency,strong adaptability and effective solution to sticky red date pits was designed.After the prototype test,the qualified rate of the device for jujube pitting reaches 96%,the noise is small,and it can meet the expected requirements and run well.
