不同硒源对番茄果实抗氧化能力的影响

摘  要:以格瑞特番茄为研究对象,采用温室栽培、叶面喷施的方法,研究不同硒源对番茄果实中抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果显示:番茄果实中硒含量与过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性呈显著正相关,与过氧化氢酶(CAT)相关性较低;喷施2种硒源均能显著(P<0.01)提高SOD、POD的活性,喷施生物硒组(3组)的活性显著优于喷施亚硒酸钠组(2组),CAT的活性无显著变化;在种植中使用硒可以提高番茄果实的抗氧化能力,且有机硒的效果优于无机硒,在喷施质量浓度为100 mg/L的生物硒后第21~28天采收的番茄果实抗氧化能力最高,此时果实中的POD、SOD活性最佳,CAT活性无明显变化。Taking Grit Solanum lycopersicum as the research object,the effects of different selenium sources on antioxidant enzyme activity in tomato fruits were studied using greenhouse cultivation and foliar spraying methods.The results showed that the selenium content in Solanum lycopersicum fruits was significantly positively correlated with the activities of peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),while the correlation with catalase(CAT)was relatively low.Spraying both selenium sources significantly(P<0.01)increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD).The activity of the biological selenium spraying group(3 groups)was significantly better than that of the sodium selenite spraying group(2 groups),and there was no significant change in the activity of catalase(CAT).The research results indicated that the use of selenium in selenium rich cultivation can improve the antioxidant capacity of Solanum lycopersicum fruits,and the effect of organic selenium is better than that of inorganic selenium.Furthermore,it is indicated that from 21 to 28 days after spraying,the Solanum lycopersicum fruits harvested from the biological selenium group with a spraying concentration of 100 mg/L had the highest antioxidant capacity.At this time,the activities of POD and SOD in the fruits were the best,and there was no significant change in CAT activity.
