摘　　要：随着数字技术的迅速发展和广泛应用,数智财务已经成为企业经营管理中的重要组成部分。为了适应这一变革,应用型本科院校在培养数智财务人才方面积极进行改革探索。然而,当前应用型本科院校在数智财务人才培养方面仍面临着诸多挑战:人才培养中知识体系相对滞后、实践环节不足、教学方法单一、师资力量欠缺。通过及时更新知识体系、加强实践教学、构建多元化教学方法、加强师资队伍建设,应对数智财务人才培养面临的挑战,以期提高应用型本科院校数智财务人才培养质量,满足数字经济时代中社会和企业的发展需求。With the rapid development and widespread application of digital technology,digital finance has become an important component of enterprise management.In order to adapt to this change,applied undergraduate universities play a crucial role in cultivating digital intelligent financial talents.However,current application-oriented undergraduate institutions still face many challenges in the cultivation of digital intelligent financial talents.The knowledge system in talent cultivation is relatively lagging behind;the practical process is insufficient;the teaching methods are single,and the teaching staff is insufficient.By timely updating the knowledge system,strengthening practical teaching,constructing diversified teaching methods,and strengthening the construction of teaching staff,we aim to address the challenges faced by the cultivation of digital finance talents in applied undergraduate universities,in order to improve the quality of digital intelligent financial talent cultivation and meet the development needs of society and enterprises in the digital economy era.
