摘　　要：当前,数字化转型已成为现代企业获取竞争优势和实现可持续发展的关键途径。然而,我国企业在数字化转型过程中往往面临对数字化的理解不够深入、缺乏适用性的转型经验和方法的挑战。因此,构建一套普适性的数字化转型成熟度模型来指导企业数字化转型工作变得很有意义。通过文献研究,提炼出业务、数据、技术、治理四个企业数字化能力的维度,基于此构建一个三级数字化成熟度指标体系,包括一级指标4个、二级指标17个、三级指标52个。考虑到指标间存在相互作用关系,利用ANP方法确定了指标权重,使其更加符合现实情况。采用模糊综合评价法(FCE)进行评价,验证该模型的有效性。该模型对企业数字化评估具有一定的参考价值,评价方法科学性和实操性兼备,可以为更多企业提供评价操作指导。Currently,digital transformation has become a key way for modern enterprises to obtain competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development.However,Chinese enterprises often face the challenges of insufficient understanding of digitization,lack of applicable transformation experience and methods in the process of digital transformation.Therefore,it is of great significance to build a set of universal digital transformation maturity model to guide the enterprise digital transformation work.Through literature research,this study extracted four dimensions of enterprise digital capabilities:business,data,technology,and governance.Based on these,a three-level digital maturity index system was constructed,including 4 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators,and 52 third-level indicators.Considering the interaction between indicators,the Analytic Network Process(ANP)method was used to determine the weight of indicators,making it more in line with the actual situation.The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)method was used for evaluation,and the effectiveness of the model was verified.The model has high universality and both scientific soundness and operational practicality,providing evaluation operation guidance for more enterprises.
