摘　　要：网络办公系统为更好地支持现代化办公方式,紧跟现代无纸办公潮流而设计。在当前机关、企事业单位积极推进改革的大背景下,办公自动化在提高机关、企事业单位办事效率,提高决策的科学性、准确性等方面发挥重要作用,是政府工作部门和企业组织工作的重要手段。综合经营水平的提高,竞争力的增强,这是非常重要的。企业所面临的全球经济挑战和竞争随着计算机技术和信息技术的不断进步而变得越来越激烈,这对企业而言是一种不断升级的挑战。放弃传统办公方式,转向现代化、自动化办公系统,是企业为适应信息革命的要求,在市场竞争中竭力取胜的必然需要。那么,一套完善的OFFICE自动化系统,到底该如何为企业打造呢?文章旨在为企业提供办公自动化可行性建议及办公自动化的发展、作用、要求和管理等问题进行探讨。The network office system is designed to align with the modern paperless office trend and enhance effi‐ciency in modern office operations.In today's evolving landscape of government and corporate reform,office automa‐tion plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency,increasing the accuracy of decision-making,and elevat‐ing overall management capabilities and competitiveness across all departments.As computer and information tech‐nologies advance,the challenges and competition faced by enterprises from the global economy are gradually intensi‐fying.For enterprises,mastering information and ensuring its timely acquisition are critical.To succeed in the com‐petitive market shaped by the information revolution,enterprises must transition from traditional office practices to modern office automation systems.So,for enterprises,how to build a perfect office automation system?This paper will analyze and discuss the development,function,requirements and management of office automation,in order to provide feasible suggestions for enterprise office automation.
