摘　　要：培养理论过硬、政治坚定、能力突出的青年马克思主义者是一项长远工程,地方普通高校的思政课教学改革和课程建设一定要重视教学质量的实效性这一根本问题。做好地方普通高校的教育教学调查、整体优化课程体系、不断完善课程建设,才能服务好大中小学思政课一体化建设大局。始终坚持一体化建设正确的政治方向,共同构建一体化协同推进的课程建设,充分挖掘地区教育资源,增强共同体建设任重道远。Cultivating young Marxists who are theoretically strong,politically firm,and highly capable is a long-term project.The reform and construction of ideological and political education in ordinary higher education institutions must emphasize the fundamental issue of teaching quality effectiveness.Conducting thorough investigations into the teaching and education of ordinary higher education institutions,optimizing the overall curriculum system,and continuously improving course construction are essential to serving the overall framework of integrated ideological and political education from primary through tertiary education.Adhering to the correct political direction in integrated construction and collaboratively advancing the course construction while fully leveraging regional educational resources are critical tasks for strengthening community building activities.
