福建省旅游类高等职业教育发展探析

摘　　要：针对福建省旅游高等职业教育规模扩大不明显、专业布点数有限、双师型教师队伍建设进展缓慢、中高职贯通培养起步晚规模小的现实挑战,提出应向我国台湾地区高等技职教育学习,着力推进内涵建设。我国台湾地区技术与职业教育的特色是:完善的人才培养机制,优异的师资课程及设备,健全的产学合作机制,在地化培育的创意人才,鼎盛的国际交流风气。建议福建省从打造双师型教师团队、建立“中高大”贯穿式培养体系和加大政策保障力度等着手,推动旅游高等职业教育发展。In view of the practical challenges of low scale expansion of tourism higher vocational education in Fujian Province,limited number of major distribution,the slow progress of the construction of double-qualified teachers,and the late start and small scale of middle-high vocational education integration,it is proposed that we should learn from the higher technical and vocational education in Taiwan region and focus on promoting the connotation construction.The characteristics of technical and vocational education in Taiwan region are:a perfect talent training mechanism,excellent teachers,courses and equipment,a sound industry-university cooperation mechanism,locally cultivated creative talents,and a thriving international exchange atmosphere.It is suggested that Fujian Province should promote the development of tourism higher vocational education by building teams of double-qualified teachers,establishing a“secondary vocational education,higher vocational education,and undergraduate education”through-type training system,and increasing policy support.
