摘　　要：目的浅析脑卒中偏瘫患者采用本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法(PNF)及Bobath技术治疗的效果与安全性。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月我院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例,采用随机数字表法分组,观察组30例采用PNF技术;对照组30例采用Bobath技术治疗,对比躯干功能和肢体运动能力、生活独立能力、生活质量、护理满意度等指标。结果观察组患者的躯干功能和肢体运动能力评估结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组心理功能评分、健康功能评分、生理功能评分、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施PNF技术及Bobath技术均有助于促进患者康复,但PNF技术更有助于患者躯体和肢体功能的恢复。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation therapy(PNF)and Bobath technique in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with hemiplegia after stroke who were admitted from January 2023 to December 2023 in our hospital were selected by random number grouping,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with PNF technology.In the control group,30 patients were treated with Bobath technique,and the indicators of trunk function and limb motor ability,life independence,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The results of trunk function and limb motor ability of the observation group were better than those o f the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,activities of daily living(ADL)scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological function score,health function score,physiological function score and social function score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PNF and Bobath techniques are helpful to promote the recovery of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,but PNF technology is more helpful for the recovery of physical and limb functions.
