摘　　要：传统因果逻辑以详实的分析、清晰的目标和准确的预测为基础,而现实中的创业情境通常面临不确定性环境、目标模糊和未来无法预测,此时因果逻辑不再适用。效果推理给解决不确定性创业情境下的决策问题带来新思路,也能为创业实践提供启示。通过对相关文献进行回顾和梳理,在分析效果推理概念内涵和结构测量的基础上,对其影响因素和作用机制等内容进行述评,以厘清现有研究可能存在的不足,明确后续研究方向,为未来的深入研究提供理论借鉴。研究结果不仅对效果推理理论相关研究具有重要学术价值,还能为不确定性情境下的创业实践提供指导性建议。The low survival rate of new ventures poses a new theoretical challenge to the academic research on entrepreneurship,and scholars have called for a new research perspective to re-examine entrepreneurial management activities and their inherent laws.In the process of the shift of research perspectives,some forward-looking entrepreneurial management theories are also coming out,and effectuation is the outstanding embodiment of them.The traditional causal decision-making logic is based on detailed analysis,clear goals and accurate predictions,while real entrepreneurial contexts usually face uncertain environments,vague goals and unpredictable futures.At this time,the traditional causal logic is no longer applicable,but effectuation brings new ideas for solving decision-making problems in uncertain environments and also provides inspiration for entrepreneurial practice.Although effectuation has been put forward for a short time,it has attracted great attention from scholars of entrepreneurial management at home and abroad.Some of the world's famous entrepreneurial scholars have given high praise to effectuation,believing that it has not only brought a new dawn to entrepreneurial research,but also made an important breakthrough for entrepreneurial management theory.Relevant foreign studies start by defining the connotation of the construct of effectuation,revealing the decision-making process of the establishment of new ventures,exploring the relationship between effectuation and other constructs,and extending from the individual level to the organizational level and then to the environmental level to reveal the influencing factors of effectuation.Domestic research on effectuation mainly focuses on its theoretical origin and current research,and some scholars have conducted empirical studies and case studies on its antecedents and after-effects.But compared with foreign research,domestic research is not only less and has a certain lag.In addition,the relevant research topics of effectuation at home and abroad are rela
