摘  要:轨道列车关键部件工艺设计过程中存在数据和知识获取不便、相似加工方案重复设计问题,导致加工工艺设计效率难以有效提升。针对这一问题,文章对轨道列车关键部件加工工艺知识进行分类,采集已有加工工艺知识并处理为结构化三元组形式,构建轨道列车关键部件加工工艺知识图谱,实现了多源异构工艺知识统一存储。基于知识图谱,提出以语义相似度评估与节点权重计算为核心的实例检索工艺推理方法,一定程度提高了相似关键部件工艺设计效率。基于上述研究开发的轨道列车关键部件加工工艺可视化推理系统,提高了加工工艺知识获取便捷性及加工工艺推理知识化、可视化水平。In the machining process design of key components of rail trains,there are problems such as inconvenient data and knowledge acquisition,repeated design of similar processing schemes,which make it difficult to effectively improve the efficiency of machining process design.To solve this problem,the knowledge of key components machining processes was classified,and existing machining process knowledge was collected and processed into a structured triplet form.Then,a knowledge graph of key components machining processes for rail trains was constructed,which achieving unified storage of multi-source heterogeneous process knowledge.Based on the knowledge graph,a case retrieval process reasoning method with semantic similarity evaluation and node weight calculation as the core was proposed,which improves the process design efficiency of similar key components to a certain extent.Based on the above foundation,a machining process visual inference system for key components of rail trains has been developed,which improves the convenience of acquiring machining process knowledge,as well as the knowledge-based and visualized level of machining process inference.
