摘　　要：针对老年人如厕后起身不便以及起身过程中容易摔倒的问题,设计了一种坐便器辅助起身装置。该装置主要由扶手、椅座、底座、电气部分等组成。分析了装置的主要工作原理,对机械结构与电气部分进行了设计,利用有限元对装置的主要承载部件进行受力分析。制作了实物样机,对装置的承载能力、电池续航能力、升降尺寸及防水等级进行测试。该装置可适配于市面上大多数的冲水马桶,具有使用舒适、操作简单、安全可靠等优点,具有良好的市场前景。A toilet assisted lifting device has been designed to address the inconvenience of elderly people getting up after using the toilet and the risk of falling during the lifting process.The device mainly consists of armrests,chair seat,base,electrical component,etc.The main working principle of the device is analyzed,the mechanical structure and electrical parts are designed,the stress of the main load-bearing components is analyzed using finite element method.A physical prototype is made.The load-bearing capacity,battery endurance,lifting dimensions,and waterproof level of the device are tested.This device can be adapted to most flushing toilets on the market,and has the advantages of comfortable use,simple operation,safety and reliability.This device has good market prospects.
