摘  要:小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌为嗜冷菌,能够在低温、低氧的环境下生存,是一类食源性病原体,能够感染人及多种动物。本研究旨在了解新疆阿克苏地区部分集约化奶牛场小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌污染情况,在2022年期间采集阿克苏地区部分奶牛养殖场奶牛粪便、原料乳、饲草、采乳设备、环境样品,共计240份。采用形态学观察、生化鉴定、分子生物学的方法对小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌进行分离与鉴定。结果表明共分离出23株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,3个县市均分离出该菌,且分离率相近,均约为9%。本试验能为阿克苏地区部分集约化奶牛场小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的防治、杀灭提供理论依据和参考价值。Yersinia enterocolitica,a psychrotrophic bacteria and food-borne pathogen,has the ability to survive in low temperature,low oxygen environments,and infect both humans and various.This study aimed to investigate the contamination of Yersinia enterocolitica in the small intestine within intensive dairy farms in Aksu.A total of 240 samples including cow feces,raw milk,forage grass,milking equipment,and environmental samples were collected from these dairy farms in Aksu during 2022.Yersinia enterocolitica was isolated and identified through morphological observation,biochemical identification and molecular biology techniques.The results revealed the isolation of 23 strains of Yersina enterocolitica across three different counties and cities,with a separation rate of approximately 9%that was consistent across the various areas investigated.The findings of this study can serve as a theoretical basis and provide valuable reference for the prevention and eradication of Yersinia enterocolitica in intensive dairy farms in Aksu.
