摘 要:为治理湖泊富营养化,针对近年来太湖北部湖滨带芦苇湿地的重建与恢复,在芦苇湿地分布调查的基础上,采用单位面积取样法,分析湿地中芦苇植株高度、密度和地上生物量在时间和空间上的变化特征,探究湿地土壤因子对芦苇生物量的影响。结果表明,2022年6—9月各样地芦苇平均株高先增长后降低,芦苇平均密度先减少后增加。芦苇地上生物量总体随时间变化呈上升趋势,芦苇单株生物量时间差异极显著(P<0.01)。芦苇生物量变化特征受多种土壤因子影响,其中与土壤含水率、有机质、总氮和总磷含量均为负相关,相关性均不显著(P>0.05)。研究成果可为太湖不同湖区开展湖滨带湿地恢复和管理提供参考。In order to address lake eutrophication and focus on the reconstruction and restoration of the Phragmites australis wetlands in the northern lakeshore of Taihu Lake in recent years,an investigation of the distribution of these wetlands was conducted.Using a unit area sampling method,the study analyzed the temporal and spatial variations in the height,density,and above-ground biomass of Phragmites australis plants in the wetlands,exploring the influence of soil factors on the biomass of the reeds.The results showed that from June to September 2022,the average plant height of Phragmites australis initially increased and then decreased across various sampling sites,while the average density initially decreased and then increased.The overall above-ground biomass of Phragmites australis showed an increasing trend over time,with significant temporal differences in the biomass per plant(P<0.01).The biomass variation characteristics of Phragmites australis were influenced by multiple soil factors,with soil moisture content,organic matter,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus content all showing negative correlations,though these correlations were not significant(P>0.05).This study provides a reference for the restoration and management of littoral zone wetlands in different areas of Taihu Lake.
