摘 要:课程建设是人才培养的核心要素。为激发学生学习兴趣、切实提高课程教学质量,有机化学课程建设紧紧围绕学校办学定位并依托行业背景,从新理念、新内容、新模式、新团队和新评价等方面对课程教学全过程进行了研究和探索,打造了具有典型石化行业特色的有机化学课程体系。教学实践表明,有机化学课程建设成效显著,有效提升了课程的“两性一度”,实现了目标融合创新、内容融合创新、模式融合创新、团队融合创新和评价融合创新,极大促进了有机化学一流课程建设,为其他地方高校一流课程建设提供了借鉴和参考。Curriculum construction was the core element of talent cultivation.In order to stimulate students'interest in learning and effectively improve the quality of course teaching,curriculum construction of organic chemistry closely revolved around our school's positioning and relied on industry background.Corresponding research and exploration were performed on the entire process of course teaching from six aspects including new concepts,new contents,new methods,new technologies,new teams and new evaluations.Organic chemistry curriculum system with typical petrochemical industry characteristics was established.The teaching practice showed that the curriculum construction of organic chemistry had achieved remarkable results,and effectively improved“high order,innovative,challenging”of the curriculum.The integration innovation in goal,content,technology,mode,team and evaluation were also achieved,which has greatly promoted the construction of first class curriculum of organic chemistry in our school,and provided valuable insights and references for the construction of first class curriculum in other local universities.
