地甲利水汤联合穴位贴敷及温灸治疗对阴虚水停型肝硬化腹水患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察地甲利水汤联合穴位贴敷、温灸治疗对阴虚水停型肝硬化腹水患者疗效。方法:选取德州市中医院收治的阴虚水停型肝硬化腹水患者60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,治疗组患者加用地甲利水汤口服(1剂/d)+穴位贴敷+温灸(1次/d)治疗,疗程8周。比较两组患者治疗前后、中医证状积分、肝肾功能、肝脏纤维化、肾血流动力、炎症因子(IL-6、TNF-ɑ、NO、CRP)及临床疗效等指标。结果:治疗组患者治疗后临床疗效、肝肾功能改善、肾脏血流动力指标高于对照组,中医症状积分、肝脏纤维化指标、炎症因子IL-6、TNF-ɑ、NO、CRP水平均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地甲利水汤联合穴位贴敷、温灸治疗阴虚水停型肝硬化腹水患者临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective:Observing the effect of Dijialishui Tang combined with acupoint application and warm moxibustion on the type of Yinxushuiting liver cirrhosis ascites.Methods:Selecting 60 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites from January 2021 to March 2023,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.They were given basic treatment,the treatment group added Dijialishui Tang,acupoint application and warm moxibustion once a day.Observing the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,liver and kidney function,liver fibrosis,renal blood flow and inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy,liver and kidney function improvement and renal blood flow in the treatment group were higher,the TCM symptom score,liver fibrosis indicators and inflammatory factors were lower than the control group.The difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dijialishui Tang combined with acupoint application and warm moxibustion treating liver cirrhosis ascites have good clinical efficacy and worthed clinical practice.
