摘　　要：目的基于主成分分析对急性胰腺炎患者不同时期的健康素养需求进行调查评估。方法选取2021年3月—2022年10月在江苏省南通大学附属医院及苏北人民医院胆胰中心接受治疗的504例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象。根据健康素养管理量表(HELMS)制定健康素养需求调查问卷,提取主成分,分析患者不同时期的健康素养需求。结果主成分分析显示,急性胰腺炎患者急性期的健康素养需求是疾病知识、医护专业指导、用药指导以及心理指导,稳定期的健康素养需求是健康理念、健康生活方式和自我健康管理。结论利用主成分分析可充分了解急性胰腺炎患者不同时间的健康素养需求,为患者提高个性化的健康指导,以提高患者的健康素养水平,降低复发率,改善身心健康,为护理人员开展针对性的干预提供依据。Objective To investigate and evaluate the health literacy needs of patients with acute pancreatitis in different stages based on principal component analysis.Methods A total of 504 patients who received treatment for acute pancreatitis in the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University and the Biliary and Pancreatic Center of Subei People's Hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the Health Literacy Management Scale(HELMS),a questionnaire about health literacy needs was developed,and the principal components were extracted to analyze the health literacy needs of patients in different periods.Results The principal component analysis showed that the health literacy needs of patients with acute pancreatitis in the acute phase were to master disease knowledge,strengthen medical professional guidance,medication guidance and psychological guidance,and the health literacy needs in the stable phase were health concept,healthy lifestyle and self-health management.Conclusion Principal component analysis can be used to fully understand the health literacy needs of patients with acute pancreatitis at different times and improve personalized health guidance for patients at different periods according to the needs,in order to improve the health literacy level of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,improve physical and mental health,and provide the basis for targeted intervention by nursing staff.
