摘 要:无酶电化学法因其在葡萄糖检测中展现出的准确、快速、成本低等优点而备受关注.利用电化学沉积和热处理相结合的方法,在预处理后的镍铬合金细丝上生长出铜钴复合氧化物纳米颗粒.通过多种表征方法对制备的材料进行了形貌和成分分析,并使用电化学分析仪研究了该电极材料的葡萄糖传感性能.研究结果表明,铜钴氧化物纳米颗粒修饰的合金细丝电极对葡萄糖探测具有灵敏度高、抗干扰性强和稳定性好等特点.研制的细丝型电极易于进行刺入式探测或与微流控技术相结合,为葡萄糖检测提供了新的途径.The detection of glucose by enzyme-free electrochemistry method has attracted much attention because of its advantages of accuracy,rapidity and low cost.In this paper,copper-cobalt composite oxide nanoparticles were prepared on the pretreated Ni-Cr alloy filaments by combining electrochemical deposition and heat treatment.The morphological and composition of the prepared materials were characterized by a variety of detection methods.The performance of the electrode material was studied by electrochemical analysis instruments,and the results showed that the copper-cobalt oxide nanoparticle modified filament electrode had an excellent sensitivity and good interference immunity and stability.The filament-shaped electrodes are easy to be used for penetrating detection or combine with microfluidic technology,providing a new approach for glucose detection.
