摘　　要：目的探讨康柏西普联合微切口白内障超声乳化术在糖尿病性白内障患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6至2022年12月我院收治的80例(80眼)糖尿病性白内障患者作为研究对象,按不同手术方法将其分为对照组(40例,40眼)及观察组(40例,40眼)。对照组行微切口白内障超声乳化术,观察组行微切口白内障超声乳化术后即刻于玻璃体内注射康柏西普。比较两组的手术效果。结果术后1 d、1周,观察组的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1 d,观察组的眼压高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1 d、1周、1个月,观察组的黄斑中心凹下视网膜厚度(SFRT)小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的黄斑区血管密度(VD)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组的虹膜新生血管发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组的球结膜下出血发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康柏西普联合微切口白内障超声乳化术在糖尿病性白内障患者中的短期疗效较好。Objective To explore the application effect of conbercept combined with micro-incision phacoemulsification in patients with diabetic cataract.Methods A total of 80 patients(80 eyes)with diabetic cataract admitted in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different surgical methods,the patients were divided into control group(40 cases,40 eyes)and observation group(40 cases,40 eyes).The control group was treated with micro-incision phacoemulsification,and the observation group was treated with intravitreal injection of conbercept immediately after micro-incision phacoemulsification.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 d and 1 week after operation,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d after operation,the intraocular pressure of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d,1 week and 1 month after operation,the subfoveal retinal thickness(SFRT)in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the macular vascular density(VD)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,there was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of iris neovascularization between the two groups(P<0.05).After operation,there was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of subconjunctival hemorrhage between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The conbercept combined with micro-incision phacoemulsification in patients with diabetic cataract has better short-term efficacy.
