摘 要:前列腺癌(Prostate Cancer,PCa)是全球男性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是我国男性发病率增长最快的恶性肿瘤之一。作为上皮源性的肿瘤,前列腺癌的病理特征被描述为管腔上皮恶变和基底细胞特征的缺失。单细胞测序技术(Single-cell RNA sequencing,scRNA-seq)自问世以来,已经被广泛应用于癌症生物学研究,用以揭示稀有细胞亚群,描绘细胞发育轨迹,构建肿瘤微环境中细胞间的通讯模式。scRNA-seq已经被广泛应用在对前列腺的研究中,尤其是正常前列腺和前列腺癌中的上皮细胞,揭示了上皮细胞的多样性,进一步加深了我们对前列腺这个男性特有器官的认识。Prostate Cancer(PCa)is one of the most common malignancies among males globally and also one of the malignant tumors with the fastest-growing incidence rate among males in China.As an epithelial-derived tumor,the pathological features of prostate cancer are described as the malignant transformation of glandular epithelium and the loss of basal cell characteristics.Since its inception,single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)has been widely employed in cancer biology research to reveal rare cell subpopulations,delineate cell developmental trajectories,and construct communication patterns among cells within the tumor microenvironment.scRNA-seq has been extensively utilized in prostate research,particularly in the study of epithelial cells in normal prostate and prostate cancer,elucidating the diversity of epithelial cells and further deepening our understanding of this male-specific organ prostate.
