摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨职业教育改革的方向,关注高职院校产教融合发展中存在的问题,以提出可促进经济社会发展的解决方案。分析高职院校产教融合中的问题,包括“重教轻产”、制度的“重表轻里”和供需渠道的“重量轻质”。研究以“人才-技能-发展-保障”为核心路线,探讨如何通过学科与产业同步发展、专业与需求相契合,实现职业教育闭环系统。研究结果表明,采用“人才-技能-发展-保障”核心路线,通过学科与产业同步、专业与需求契合,能有效解决高职院校产教融合中的问题。这一创新职业教育体系有助于推动社会经济可持续发展。This study aims to explore the direction of vocational education reform and focuses on the challenges within the collaborative development of industry and education in higher vocational institutions to propose solutions that can promote economic and social development.The analysis identifies issues in the integration,such as the imbalance between emphasis on education over industry,a system bias towards formality over substance,and a skewed emphasis on quantity over quality in supply-demand channels.The research centers around the core principles of"talentskillsdevelopmentsecurity",examining how synchronization of disciplines with industry and alignment of specialties with demand can establish a closedloop system in vocational education.The findings indicate that by realizing the synchronization of disciplines and industries and the matching of majors and needs,adopting the core principles can effectively address the challenges in the collaborative development of industry and education in higher vocational institutions.This innovative vocational education system contributes to promoting sustainable economic and social development.
