摘　　要：有晶体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL)植入术是屈光手术的主流术式,其手术的安全性及有效性一直备受关注。文章阐述国内外ICL V4c植入术术后阶段患者眼部功能和结构的相关指标,以及并发症发生情况,认为术后患者拱高的变化、眼压、角膜内皮细胞密度及丢失率、白内障的发生率均保持稳定,术后不良事件的发生原因大多是外伤,该术式展示出较好的安全性。此外,ICL V4c植入术也有着良好的有效性,其视觉指标、视觉质量和生活质量均表现良好,但有部分患者对夜间视觉质量不够满意。Implantation of Implantable Collamer Lenses(ICL)has become a mainstream procedure in refractive surgery,with safety and efficacy continuously being key concerns.This paper reviews recent domestic and international studies on the functional and structural parameters,as well as the incidence of complications,following the implantation of ICL V4c,a new ICL model.Literature review indicates that changes in postoperative vault height,intraocular pressure,corneal endothelial cell density and loss rate,and the incidence of cataracts remain stable.The majority of adverse postoperative events are attributable to trauma,demonstrating a good safety profile.Furthermore,the efficacy of ICL implantation has also shown satisfactory results,with visual acuity,visual quality,and quality of life all performing well.However,some patients remain dissatisfied with their night vision quality.
