摘　　要：目的:研究不同中效苯二氮[艹卓]类药物治疗酒精戒断综合征(AWS)的效果及对患者焦虑情绪及酒精渴求程度的影响。方法:选取本院自2021年8月—2023年8月收治的72例AWS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为奥沙西泮组(给予奥沙西泮治疗)和劳拉西泮组(给予劳拉西泮治疗),各36例。比较两组临床疗效、焦虑情况、对酒精渴求程度及不良反应。结果:治疗7 d后,奥沙西泮组患者酒精戒断综合征自评量表(AWSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于劳拉西泮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);奥沙西泮组患者对酒精渴求程度评分低于劳拉西泮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);奥沙西泮组不良反应总发生率为2.77%,低于劳拉西泮组的16.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥沙西泮治疗较劳拉西泮临床疗效更好,能有效改善AWS患者焦虑情绪,降低对酒精渴求程度,且安全性良好。Objective:To study the effect of different effective benzodiazepines in the treatment of alcohol withdrawal syndrome(AWS)and its influence on anxiety and alcohol craving.Methods:A total of 72 patients with AWS admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into oxazepam group(treated with oxazepam)and lorazepam group(treated with lorazepam)by random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy,anxiety,alcohol craving,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the scores of Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome Self-rating scale(AWSS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in the oxazepam group were lower than those in the lorazepam group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of alcohol craving in oxazepam group was lower than that in lorazepam group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the oxazepam group was 2.77%,which was lower than 16.66%in the lorazepam group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxazepam is more effective than lorazepam in the treatment of AWS,which can effectively improve the anxiety of AWS patients,reduce the degree of alcohol craving,and has good safety.
