摘　　要：目的:探讨小剂量奥氮平联合舍曲林对伴非自杀性自伤(NSSI)的青少年抑郁患者的疗效。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年6月我院收治的70例NSSI青少年抑郁患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为联合治疗组与单一治疗组,每组35例。单一治疗组采取单一舍曲林治疗,联合治疗组采取小剂量奥氮平联合舍曲林治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心理状况、自我伤害行为与冲动行为变化及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,联合治疗组治疗总有效率高于单一治疗组(P<0.05);联合治疗组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于单一治疗组(P<0.05);联合治疗组自我伤害行为评分、BIS-Ⅱ评分均低于单一治疗组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小剂量奥氮平联合舍曲林治疗NSSI青少年抑郁的疗效显著,能够减轻患者焦虑和抑郁情况,并减轻患者自我伤害行为和冲动行为,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of low-dose olanzapine combined with sertraline on adolescent depression patients with non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI).Methods:A total of 70 adolescent depression patients with NSSI admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into combined treatment group and single treatment group by random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The single treatment group was treated with single sertraline,and the combined treatment group was treated with low-dose olanzapine combined with sertraline.The clinical efficacy,psychological status,self-harm behavior and impulsive behavior changes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the combined treatment group were lower than those of the single treatment group(P<0.05).The scores of self-injury behavior and BIS-II in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose olanzapine combined with sertraline is effective in the treatment of NSSI adolescent depression,which can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,and reduce the self-harm behavior and impulsive behavior of patients,and has high safety.
