摘　　要：慢性氯丙烯中毒是工业生产中密切接触氯丙烯所导致的以周围神经损害为主的疾病,其临床表现除有不同程度的肢体远端感觉、运动或腱反射障碍外,神经肌电图可显示有神经源性损害。本文通过对3例职业性氯丙烯中毒患者的临床特点及诊疗方法进行分析及总结,加强临床上对职业性慢性氯丙烯中毒的认识能力,为临床医师诊疗提供参考。Chronic chloropropene poisoning is a disease mainly caused by peripheral nerve damage due to close contact with chloropropene in industrial production,its clinical manifestations include varying degrees of sensory,motor,or tendon reflex disorders in the distal limbs,and neuromyography can show neurogenic damage.This article analyzed and summarized the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment methods of three patients with occupational chronic chloropropene poisoning,in order to enhance the clinical understanding of occupational chronic chloropropene poisoning and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
