摘　　要：随着现代经济不断发展,企业的生产效率也日益受到重视。为此,张家口卷烟厂有限责任公司(以下简称“张烟”)围绕河北中烟实现“两个打造”奋斗目标,聚焦做大做强荷花品牌,对标“六强企业”建设要求,多维思索、精细研究、着力优化效能提升策略。本文重点结合制丝生产线作业计划及生产布局,基于安全、质量视角下,紧扣存在短板,有效破解影响生产效能提升的突出问题。实施多层次理论研讨活动,分析与建立效能提升策略,科学评价运行效果,持续加强统筹、协调、调度作用,突出生产效能提升系统、数据、创新、标准工程定位,规范流程,夯实管理,大胆探索,激发动能,稳步实现生产过程效率、效能最大化,不断提高柔性化加工组织能力,打造安全、质量、生产一体化发展,有力推动企业高质量发展。With the continuous development of modern economy,the production efficiency of enterprises is also increasingly valued.For this purpose,Zhangjiakou Cigarette Factory Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Zhangyan"),focusing on achieving the"two building"goals of China Tobacco Hebei expanding and strengthening the Lotus brand,benchmarking the construction requirements of the"six strong enterprises",conducts multidimensional thinking,researches in detail and spares no efforts to optimize efficiency improvement strategies.This essay combined the operation plan and production layout,based on safety and quality,centered on shortcomings of the cigarette production line,discusses how to solve the prominent problems that affect the improvement of production efficiency effectively.Implement multi-level theoretical seminar activities,analyze and establish efficiency improvement strategies,scientifically evaluate operational effectiveness,and continuously strengthen the role of overall planning,coordination,and scheduling.Enhancing the efficiency improvement system,data,innovation,and standard engineering positioning,we are aiming at standardizing processes,consolidating management,boldly exploring,stimulating momentum,steadily achieving maximum production process efficiencycapacity,continuously improving flexible processing organization capabilties.Ultimate goal is to create integrated development of safety,quality,and production,effectively promoting high-quality development of enterprises.
