摘　　要：加快涉外法治人才培养是新时代法学教育的使命和责任。华东政法大学牵头成立上海高校涉外法治人才培养教育联盟,坚持“破”与“立”相统一,探索打破学科专业壁垒,创新人才培养方案;探索打破高校与社会的壁垒,推进法学教育与法治实践融合;探索打破高校之间的壁垒,搭建开放型涉外法治人才培养平台,构建新时代涉外法治人才培养体系。Accelerating the cultivation of foreign-related rule of law talent is the mission and responsibility of legal education in the new era.East China University of Political Science and Law took the lead in setting up a training and education alliance of foreign-related rule of law talent in Shanghai universities,adhering to the unity of“breaking”and“establishing”,exploring to break the professional barriers between disciplines,and innovating talent cultivation program.The alliance explores to break the barriers between universities and the society,promotes the integration of legal education and rule of law practice,explores to break the barriers between universities,builds an open platform for cultivating foreign-related rule of law talent,and constructs a new era of cultivation system for foreign-related rule of law talent.
