摘　　要：随着我国“双碳”目标的提出,作为碳排放大户的重污染行业正积极采取措施缓解环境问题。绿色创新作为重污染企业采取的长远之策,其对企业绩效带来的影响有待研究。因此,本文主要研究“双碳”背景下绿色创新对重污染行业企业经营绩效的影响,同时还考虑了管理者薪酬的调节效应。希望通过本文的分析,可以为重污染企业的绿色创新提供思路和参考,助力重污染企业实现可持续发展。With the proposal of“double carbon”target in China,the heavy polluting industry,which is a big carbon emitter,is actively taking measures to alleviate environmental problems.As a long-term policy adopted by heavy polluting enterprises,the impact of green innovation on enterprise performance remains to be studied.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the impact of green innovation in heavily polluting industries on business performance under the“double carbon”background,and also considers the regulatory effect of managers’compensation.This paper hopes to provide a reference for the green innovation of heavy polluting enterprises and help heavy polluting enterprises achieve sustainable development through analysis.
