摘  要:目的分析医共体建设下规范化培训对提升乡镇卫生院护理质量的影响。方法选取2021年1~6月在柳州市柳江区人民医院护士41例作为对照组,采用常规方法进行护理技能培训。选取2021年7~12月在本院护士42例作为观察组,采用医共体建设下的规范化培训。分析各组护士一般资料,比较2组护士诊疗护士培训前后护理质量评分、护理能力、PRCA-24评分。结果经重复方差分析,2组护理质量差异有统计学意义(组间F=14.52,P=0.000、时点间F=7.78,P=0.006、组间·时点间F=9.43,P=0.000),培训前2组护士护理质量差异无统计学意义(80.73±4.34、81.04±4.31,P>0.05),培训1个月、6个月观察组护士护理质量高于对照组(91.42±4.52、95.47±4.28 vs 85.14±4.42、90.41±4.11,P<0.05),培训前2组学习兴趣、自主学习能力、思维能力、执行力、团队协作能力等护士护理能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后观察组各项考评得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),经重复方差分析,2组护士PRCA-24比较差异有统计学意义(组间F=14.51,P=0.000、时点间F=8.43,P=0.002、组间·时点间F=10.28,P=0.000),培训前2组护士PRCA-24比较差异无统计学意义(65.35±5.76、65.24±5.65,P>0.05),培训1个月、培训6个月2组PRCA-24均较前降低(P<0.05),培训1个月、培训6个月观察组护士PRCA-24得分低于对照组(50.78±5.51、44.89±4.58 vs 57.75±5.45、51.54±4.73,P<0.05)。结论在医共体建设背景下,实施规范化培训能显著减轻乡镇卫生院护士的交流恐惧心理状况,并有效提高其护理质量和护理能力评分,这种方法具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the impact of standardized training based on a medical community construction in improving nursing quality in township health centers.Methods Forty-one nurses(control group,from January 2021 to June 2021)and forty-two nurses(study group,from July 2021 to December 2021)in Liujiang District People’s Hospital were enrolled,in which they were given routine nursing skills training and standardized training based on medical community construction,respectively.The baseline information,the nursing quality scores,nursing abilities,and Personal Report of Communication Apprehension(PRCA-24)scores of the two groups were assessed before and after training.Results After repeated analysis of variance,there was a significant difference in nursing quality between the two groups(intergroup comparison:F=14.52,P=0.000;time-point comparison:F=7.78,P=0.006;group-time comparison:F=9.43,P=0.000).There was no significant difference in nursing quality before training between the two groups(80.73±4.34 points vs 81.04±4.31 points,P>0.05).The nursing quality of the observation group nurses who received training at 1 month and 6 month was significantly higher than that of the control group nurses(91.42±4.52 points vs 85.14±4.42 points;95.47±4.28 points vs 90.41±4.11 points,P<0.05),Before the training,there was no significant difference in the scores of nursing abilities,such as learning interest,self-learning ability,thinking ability,execution ability,and team collaboration ability between groups(P>0.05).After the training,which were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The result for repeated measurement of variance analysis showed the difference was significant in PRCA-24 between groups(intergroup comparison:F=14.51,P=0.000;time-point comparison:F=8.43,P=0.002;group-time comparison:F=10.28,P=0.000).Before training,there was no significant difference in PRCA-24 between the two groups(65.35±5.76 points vs 65.24±5.65 points,P>0.05).The 1-month and 6-month PRCA-24 scores
