摘 要:为提高动力换挡变速器换挡执行机构的响应速度,提出一种由新型高驱动力密度动圈式电-机械转换器、双弹簧阀体和湿式多片离合器组成的换挡执行机构设计方案。采用电-机械转换器直接驱动电磁阀阀芯控制离合器油腔充放油实现动力换挡,省去先导电磁阀建压时间,从结构设计上提高换挡执行机构响应速度。通过建模仿真、参数优化与试验验证相结合的方法,对本方案中换挡执行机构性能进行详细分析,并提出一种基于压力反馈控制阀芯位置的离合器油腔充油方法。试验结果表明:整个换挡过程可在113 ms内完成,比现行先导型电磁阀控制的换挡执行机构响应速度提高16.27%。同时,本文为提高换挡执行机构响应速度提供一定思路与理论基础。In order to improve the response speed of the shift actuator of the power shift transmission,this paper proposes a shift actuator design scheme composed of a new type of high driving force density moving-coil electro-mechanical converter,a double-spring valve body structure and a wet multi-plate clutch.The electric-mechanical converter is used to directly drive the solenoid valve spool to control the clutch cavity filling and discharging oil to achieve power shift.Save the pressure time of the pilot solenoid valve,improve the response speed of the shift actuator from the structure design.Through modeling simulation,parameter optimization and test verification,the performance of the shift actuator in this scheme is analyzed in detail and a clutch filling method based on pressure feedback control spool position is proposed.The test results show that the whole shift process can be completed within 113 ms,and the response speed of the shift actuator of the current leading solenoid valve is increased by 16.27%.At the same time,this paper provides some ideas and theoretical basis for improving the response speed of shift actuator.
