摘  要:根据第八届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛的要求,设计并制造一种将太阳能转化为电能再转化为机械能,并且可以沿“长征”路线轨迹自动行走的小车。在小车设计中,首先利用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模和结构分析,并通过Motion插件进行轨迹仿真,结合Matlab软件对凸轮轮廓及凸轮优化设计,最后通过电路设计实现能量转换完成小车整体设计。基于设计方案完成小车的加工制造,并进行了仿真和实验验证,小车可以稳定打卡10个点以上。According to the requirements of the 8th National College Student Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition,design and manufacture a small car that converts solar energy into electrical energy,then converts it into mechanical energy,and can automatically walk along the“Long March”route trajectory.In the design of the car,solidWorks software was first used for 3D modeling and structural analysis,and Motion plugins were used for trajectory simulation.The cam profile and cam were optimized using Matlab software.Finally,energy conversion was achieved through circuit design to complete the overall design of the car.Finally,based on the design scheme,the processing and manufacturing of the small car were completed,and simulation and experimental verification were conducted.The small car was able to stably clock in for more than 10 points.
