摘 要:通过H形钢梁腹板开洞的有限元分析,研究了开洞、补强加劲板厚度、长度和半刚性连接对钢梁的承载力和变形能力的影响。结果表明:腹板开洞后,钢梁承载力和刚度显著减小,极限状态为空腹破坏;采用井字形加劲肋补强效果较显著,有效减小了洞口区域的应力集中,提升了结构的承载能力;钢梁承载力随加劲板厚和伸长边的增加而增加,但仅在一定范围内,增加幅度随变化量逐渐减小;相对于铰接,考虑实际体系的半刚性连接后,钢梁刚度和承载力均有所增加,主要控制因素变化为H形钢梁与柱的连接节点。The influence of the thickness,length and semi-rigid connection on the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the H-shaped steel web is studied by finite element analysis.The results show that the load carrying capacity and stiffness of the steel girder are significantly reduced after the opening of the web,and the limit state is fastening damage.The reinforcing effect of using tic-tac-toe stiffener is more significant,which effectively reduces the stress concentration in the hole area and improves the structural load carrying capacity,the load carrying capacity of the steel beam increases with the increase of the stiffener plate thickness and elongated side,but only within a certain range,and the increasing range decreases with the amount of change,the stiffness and the load carrying capacity of the steel beam increase by considering the semi-rigid connection of the actual system,which is mainly used for the deformation of the steel beam,and bearing capacity are increased,and the main controlling factor change is the connection node between H-beam and column.
