摘 要:依托多道支撑的深基坑工程案例,分析钢支撑、混凝土支撑的多种不同的组合方案及在不同的预加轴力条件下,各支撑最终轴力的变化。结果表明,下一层支撑的形式和预加轴力的变化,对上一层支撑的轴力基本无影响;而上一层的支撑形式和预加轴力的变化,对下一层支撑的轴力有较大影响。随着预加轴力的增加,钢支撑的最终轴力随着增加,基坑的最大变形随之减小,但是增加、减小的速度不及预加轴力增加的速度。结合钢支撑受力特点,分析钢支撑施加预加轴力的必要性和有效性,提出钢支撑的预加轴力不能盲目按照以往经验、规范取值,还需计算施加预加轴力后钢支撑的最终轴力,保证结构安全。Relying on the specific engineering case of deep foundation pit with multiple supports,a variety of different combinations of steel supports and concrete supports and the changes of the final axial force of each support under different pre-applied axial force conditions are analyzed.The results show that the change of the form of the support of the next layer and the pre-applied axial force have no effect on the axial force of the previous layer of support.The change of the support form of the upper layer and the pre-applied axial force has a greater impact on the axial force of the next layer of support.With the increase of the pre-applied axial force,the final axial force of the steel support increases with the increase,and the maximum deformation of the foundation pit decreases,but the speed of increasing and decreasing is not as fast as the speed of increasing the pre-applied axial force.Combined with the stress characteristics of the steel support,the necessity and effectiveness of the pre-applied axial force applied by the steel support are analyzed,and it is proposed that the pre-applied axial force of the steel support cannot be blindly taken according to the previous experience and specifications,and the final axial force of the steel support after the pre-applied axial force is applied also needs to be calculated to ensure the structural safety.
