摘 要:根据工程实践,提出了部分埋入式箱形型钢再生混凝土梁(Partially Embedded Box Section Reinforced Recycled aggregate Concrete Beam,PEBRRCB),利用ABAQUS软件建立部分埋入式箱形型钢再生混凝土梁的有限元受弯性能模型,研究其正截面受弯性能,并考虑再生粗骨料取代率、箱形型钢埋置深度、再生混凝土强度和箱形型钢强度对梁受弯性能的影响规律,建立了部分埋入式箱形型钢再生混凝土梁的正截面受弯承载力计算方法。研究结果表明:取代率和混凝土强度的变化对梁的抗弯承载力和刚度的影响较小,但对延性有一定影响;型钢埋置深度和型钢强度的变化对梁的抗弯承载力、刚度和延性都有较明显影响;提出的计算公式可以准确计算部分埋入式箱形型钢再生混凝土梁的正截面受弯承载力。According to the engineering practice,partially embedded box section reinforced recycled aggregate concrete beam(PEBRRCB)is proposed in this paper.A finite element bending performance model was established for PEBRRCB using ABAQUS to study the bending performance of PEBRRCB in the normal cross-section.And the PEBRRCB were established by considering the influence law of recycled coarse aggregate substitution rate,box section steel embedding depth,recycled concrete strength and box section steel strength on the beam bending performance,and the method of calculating the bending capacity of the positive section of PEBRRCB was established.The results show that:the change of substitution rate and concrete strength has less effect on the flexural capacity and stiffness of the beam,but has some effect on the ductility,the change of the embedment depth of the steel section and the strength of the steel section has a more obvious effect on the flexural capacity,stiffness and ductility of the beam,the proposed formula can accurately calculate the PEBRRCB bending capacity of the normal cross-section.
