摘　　要：传统村落是我国农耕文明的集大成者,其集中呈现了乡村社会的生态、生活、生产形态,映射了我国乡村社会的历史演化过程,具有独特的聚落形态、乡土景观以及地方性知识体系,既是乡村振兴的目标也是乡村振兴的资源。目前传统村落的发展基本上都是以地方性资源为基础、外来资金为动力推动乡村产业发展的外生性模式,无法真正实现村落发展。文章基于新内源式发展理论,从“地-业-人”三个维度构建“地域循环共生圈”的传统村落振兴机制,认为地方性资源是村落发展的基础,产业是村落发展的动力,村民是村落发展的核心。通过挖掘地方性资源,激活地方经济发展的基础性要素,运用内部和外部的双重力量发展地方特色产业,并由此带动乡村劳动力的回流,实现生产消费链条空间上的人口聚集。由此,推动地方经济和人的全面发展,实现传统村落生态、生产、生活融合发展的地域循环共生。Traditional villages are the greatest achievement of Chinese agricultural civilization,which reflect the ecology,livelihood and production of rural society as well as their historical development.Traditional villages have their own settlements,rural landscapes and indigenous knowledge systems which make them to be the targets and resources of rural revitalization at the same time.At present,the development mode of traditional villages relies on exogenous rural industry based on local resources but driven by external capital,which cannot really achieve sustainable development of the villages.Based on the new endogenous development theory,this paper constructs the mechanism for the revitalization of traditional village of"regional cyclic and symbiotic sphere"from three dimensions of"Land-Industry-Population".It believes that in terms of the village development,local resources are the foundation,industries the engine and village people the core element.Through digging local resources,the basic elements of local economic development can be activated when the development of local characteristic industries are promoting with internal and external efforts.As a result,rural labor force will return to the villages,and population aggregation in the production and consumption chain can be achieved.Therefore,the comprehensive development of local economy and people is promoted,and the"regional cyclic and symbiotic system"of ecology,production and livelihood in traditional villages is achieved.
