摘 要:目的 观察护理人文素质教育在儿科护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2021—2022年在云南省第一人民医院实习的80名2019级护理专业学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组,每组各40名。对照组采用常规儿科护理教学,干预组在对照组基础上采用护理人文素质教育。比较两组理论学习成绩及实践操作成绩。结果 干预组理论学习成绩与实践操作成绩分别为(85.40±8.72)、(86.22±5.92)分,高于对照组的(80.42±8.53)、(80.23±8.97)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 护理人文素质教育在儿科护理实践教学中的应用效果较好,可提升理论学习和实践操作能力及水平,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the application effect of nursing humanistic quality education in pediatric nursing practice teaching.Methods A total of 80 nursing students from the class of 2019 who interned in the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from 2021 to 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the students were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received the regular pediatric nursing teaching,and the intervention group received the nursing humanistic quality education on the basis of the control group.The theoretical learning performance and practical operation performance of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical learning performance and practical operation performance in the intervention group were(85.40±8.72)and(86.22±5.92)points,which were higher than(80.42±8.53)and(80.23±8.97)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of nursing humanistic quality education in pediatric nursing practice teaching is good,which can improve the theoretical learning and practical operation ability and level,and is worthy of reference.
