摘 要:目的 探讨程序化健康教育干预在围手术期肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法 根据干预方式的不同将96例肺癌手术患者分为常规组(n=46,常规干预)和程序化干预组(n=50,程序化健康教育干预),比较两组患者的心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、生活质量[欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)]以及满意度。结果 干预后,两组患者EORTC QLQ-C30各维度评分均高于本组干预前,程序化干预组患者EORTC QLQ-C30各维度评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。出院后第8周,两组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于本组干预前,程序化干预组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。出院时,程序化干预组患者的总满意度为100%,明显高于常规组患者的82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论 程序化健康教育干预可以改善围手术期肺癌患者的心理状态及生活质量,并且提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of programmed health education intervention in perioperative lung cancer patients.Method A total of 96 patients with lung cancer who underwent surgery were divided into conven-tional group(n=46,conventional intervention)and programmed intervention group(n=50,programmed health education intervention)according to different intervention methods,the psychological status[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)]and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After in-tervention,the dimensional scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the dimensional scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 in programmed intervention group were higher than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the 8th week after discharge,the SDS and SAS scores in two groups were lower than those before intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in programmed intervention group were lower than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At dis-charge,the total satisfaction rate in programmed intervention group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 82.61%in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Programmed health education intervention can improve perioperative lung cancer patients’psychological status,quality of life and satisfac-tion rate.
