摘　　要：改革开放是决定当代中国命运的关键抉择,是当代中国社会发展进步的活力之源。在中国共产党接续推进深化改革的进程中,不断呈现出多层次、多维度的特质:在持续性与动态性的统一中明确全面深化改革的核心议题,在理论性与实践性的统一中遵循全面深化改革的基本原则,在聚焦性与系统性的统一中形成全面深化改革的治理模式,在民族性与世界性的统一中彰显全面深化改革的价值意蕴。这些特质均体现了中国共产党在深化改革进程中的政治智慧和实践能力,彰显出中国特色社会主义的显著优势,成为推进中国式现代化的有力支撑。Reform and opening up is a crucial decision that determines the fate of contemporary China and is the source of vitality for the development and progress of contemporary Chinese society.In the process of the CPC continuing to promote the deepening of reform,it constantly presents multi-level and multi-dimensional characteristics:in the unity of continuity and dynamics,it clarifies the core issues of comprehensively deepening reform,follows the basic principles of comprehensively deepening reform in the unity of theory and practice,forms a governance model of comprehensively deepening reform in the unity of focus and system,and highlights the value implication of comprehensively deepening reform in the unity of nationality and world.These characteristics reflect the political wisdom and practical ability of the CPC in the process of deepening reform,highlight the significant advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and become a strong support for promoting Chinese path to modernization.
