民营企业主主观地位认同的社会后果

摘　　要：经济与社会的同频共进是高质量发展的应许之意。现有研究挖掘出了影响企业主主观地位认同的各种因素,但并未回答主观地位认同会带来怎样的社会后果。本文认为,企业主的主观地位认同会对相关的社会关系产生影响。基于对中国民营企业调查的实证分析发现,提高主观地位认同,民营企业主更容易接受分权的治理模式,并且员工福利更高,同时更愿意投入慈善捐赠。进一步的机制分析发现,管理信心的改变是主观地位认同产生作用的主要机制。The simultaneous development of economy and society is the promise of high-quality development.The existing literature has excavated various influencing factors of the status identity of business owners.What the social consequences will be brought by the status identity?This paper holds that the status identity of business owners will have an impact on relevant social relations.Based on the empirical analysis of the survey of private enterprises in China,it is found that with the improvement of status identity,business owners are more likely to accept the decentralized governance model,have higher employee welfare,and are more willing to invest in charitable donations.Further mechanism analysis shows that the improvement of management confidence is the main mechanism of status identity.This shows that improving the status identity of private business owners can make the business owners have a more positive attitude and further promote the high-quality development of the private economy.
