摘　　要：某救援中心矿区改造项目,涉及旧生活区、办公大楼改造等复杂元素,论文对该项目EPC总承包管理过程中的“一个中心、两大理念、三种引领、四类服务、五方协调、全方位立体式监管”策略进行了详细的分析。The reconstruction project of a mining area of a rescue center involves complex elements such as the reconstruction of old living areas and office buildings.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the strategy of“one center,two major concepts,three kinds of guidance,four kinds of services,five parties coordination and all-round three-dimensional supervision”in the EPC general contracting management process of the project.
