摘  要:卵巢癌发病机制复杂,前期症状隐匿,早期诊断困难,辅助治疗易耐药,且晚期治疗缺乏有效手段,导致其预后较差,因此卵巢癌患者的早期诊断显得十分重要。核酸适配体相较于传统抗体具有显著优势,在癌症的基础研究和诊断治疗方面应用较为广泛。目前,已通过筛选获得多个适配体,并以此为基础设计了传感器用于卵巢癌诊断。本文综述了近年来卵巢癌适配体的筛选及基于适配体开发的传感器在卵巢癌诊断中的研究及应用进展。The pathogenesis of ovarian cancer is complex.Early symptoms are concealed,while early diagnosis is difficult.Ajuvant therapy is prone to drug resistance,and late treatment lacks effective means,resulting in poor prognosis.Therefore,early diagnosis of ovarian cancer patients is important.Compared to traditional antibodies,nucleic acid aptamers have significant advantages and are widely used in basic research,diagnosis,and treatment of cancer.At present,multiple nucleic acid aptamers have been obtained through screening.Based on this,sensors have been designed for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.This article reviews the screening of ovarian cancer aptamers in recent years and the research and application progress of aptamer based sensors in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
