场景驱动创新、组织复原力与制造业企业创新绩效——跨界双元学习的调节作用

摘　　要：在高度不确定情境下,企业如何更好地创新成长成为关键性问题。引入“场景驱动创新”和“组织复原力”的新概念,基于资源基础理论和开放式创新理论对此问题进行回答。对311家企业的调查问卷进行实证分析,得出以下结论:场景驱动创新和组织复原力均能够显著提升企业创新绩效;场景驱动创新有利于提升企业组织复原力,同时跨界双元学习正向调节两者之间的关系,即跨界双元学习程度越高,场景驱动创新对企业组织复原力的促进作用就越显著;组织复原力在场景驱动创新和企业创新绩效之间存在中介效应,即场景驱动创新既能直接作用于企业创新绩效也能通过组织复原力间接作用于企业创新绩效。研究结论以场景驱动创新这一新视角回答了制造业企业如何突破资源约束实现创新性成长,以及在高度不确定的情形下,要求制造业企业以更加柔性与灵活性的方式应对内外部环境挑战。In the highly uncertain situation,how to better innovate and grow enterprises has become a key issue.The new concepts of“scenario-driven innovation”and“organizational resilience”are introduced,and this question is answered based on the theory of resource basis and open innovation.An empirical analysis of the questionnaires of 311 enterprises leads to the following conclusions.Firstly,both scenario-driven innovation and organizational resilience can significantly improve enterprise performance.Secondly,scenario-driven innovation is conducive to improving the resilience of enterprise organizations,and cross-border dual learning positively moderates the relationship between the two,that is,the higher the degree of cross-border dual learning,the more significant the promotion effect of scenario-driven innovation on enterprise organizational resilience.Lastly,there is a mediating effect between scenario-driven innovation and organizational performance,that is,scenario-driven innovation can directly and indirectly affect organizational performance.The conclusion of this study answers the question of how manufacturing enterprises can break through resource constraints to achieve innovative growth from the new perspective of scenario-driven innovation,and how manufacturing enterprises are required to respond to internal and external environmental challenges in a more flexible and adaptable way under highly uncertain circumstances.
