摘 要:牙髓病和根尖周病是临床实践中常见的疾病,根管治疗是此类疾病最有效的治疗方法。制备髓腔通路是根管治疗的第一步,对根管治疗成功与否有重要影响。近年来,微创牙髓治疗的理念不断发展,学者们提议对传统髓腔通路设计进行微创化改良,强调尽可能地保留更多健康牙体组织,以提高牙齿的抗折能力。然而,微创髓腔通路的设计会对根管治疗全过程产生影响,可能会使根管治疗的各步骤复杂化,目前仍缺乏明确证据来判断这种微创化趋势对根管治疗的利与弊。本文就微创髓腔通路对根管治疗造成的影响作一综述。Endodontic diseases are common in clinical practice,and root canal therapy is the most effective treatment for these illnesses.Access cavity preparation is the first step in endodontic treatment and has an important impact on the success of root canal therapy.With the continuous development of minimally invasive endodontics,minimally invasive modifications to the traditional access cavity design were proposed to preserve as much healthy tooth tissue as possible to improve the fracture resistance of the tooth.However,the design of minimally invasive access cavity also has an impact on the entire endodontic treatment process and may complicate the various steps of root canal therapy.Evidence on the pros and cons of this minimally invasive trend for endodontic treatment is still lacking.Hence,this research reviews the impact of minimally invasive access cavity on root canal therapy.
