摘 要:自新一代测序技术出现以来,微生物鉴定已经从依赖培养向不依赖培养转变。这些测序技术揭示了在人类生殖道中存在丰富多样的微生物。随着临床中应用辅助生殖技术越来越广泛,子宫内膜微生态在辅助生殖技术中的应用也已成为学者们的研究热点。在临床实践中,可以通过检测子宫内膜微生物的状态来预测妊娠结局,并进行合理的干预以改善生殖结局。本文综述了子宫内膜微生态研究方法的发展,总结子宫内膜微生态的组成,并研究其在辅助生殖技术中的应用以及改善子宫内膜微生态紊乱的方法。Microbial identification has shifted from culture-dependent to culture-independent since the advent of new generation sequencing techniques and whole-genome sequencing techniques that reveal the presence of a rich diversity of microorganisms in the human reproductive tract.With more and more extensive application of assisted reproductive technology in clinical practice,the application of endometrial microecology in assisted reproductive technology has become a research hotspot of scholars.In clinical practice,pregnancy outcome can be predicted by detecting the status of endometrial microbes,and reasonable intervention can be carried out to improve reproductive outcome.The purpose of this paper is to review the development of research methods for endometrial microecology,summarize the composition of endometrial microecology,and study its application in assisted reproductive technology and the management of endometrial microecology disorders.
