系统观念下高校青年马克思主义者高质量培养的内涵解读、实践反思与优化路径

摘　　要：高校青年马克思主义者培养工作是一项复杂的系统工程。运用系统观念指导高校青年马克思主义者高质量培养,要在普遍联系中把握构成要素,在全面系统中理顺传导脉络结构,在发展变化中推动最优增值功能。培养过程中,还存在要素离散、结构壁垒、功能局限等制约因素,需要以前瞻性思考、全局性谋划、整体性推进思路,加强培养方案顶层设计,完善培养要素系统建构,注重培养过程整体科学管理等,探索高校青年马克思主义者高质量培养的优化路径。The training of young Marxists in colleges and universities is a complex systematic project.To use the system concept to guide the high quality training of young Marxists in colleges and universities,we should grasp the constituent elements in the general connection,straighten out the transmission chain structure in the comprehensive system,and promote the optimal value-added function in the development and change.In the training process,there are still constraints such as discrete elements,structural barriers,and functional limitations.It is necessary to strengthen the top-level design of training programs,improve the system construction of training elements,and pay attention to the overall scientific management of the training process to explore the optimal path for high-quality training of young Marxists in universities and colleges with the idea of“forward-looking thinking,overall planning,and overall promotion”.
