医学大学生创新创业教育价值向度、现实困境及实践进路探析

摘　　要：深化医科大学生创新创业教育,实现医科大学生充分就业、高质量就业,是推进中国式高等医科教育现代化,推动实现共同富裕的重要内容、重大使命。当前,医科大学生创新创业教育实践存在着资金支持和政策保障不到位、教学体系和工作机制不健全、运行资金保障不力、个人能力和经验积累不充分等诸多困境。推进医科大学生创新创业教育,必须将其纳入学校事业发展总体规划,强化顶层设计,完善培养方案,优化课程体系,搭建实践平台,创新运作机制,推动创新创业教育一体化深入实施。Deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education of medical college students and achieving full employment and high-quality employment of medical college students is an important content and major mission to promote the modernization of Chinese-style higher medical education and promote the realization of common prosperity.At present,there are many difficulties in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical college students,such as insufficient financial support and policy guarantee,imperfect teaching system and working mechanism,insufficient operation fund guarantee,and insufficient accumulation of personal ability and experience.To promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education of medical college students,we must incorporate it into the overall planning of school development,strengthen the top-level design,improve the training program,optimize the curriculum system,build a practical platform,innovate the operation mechanism,and promote the in-depth implementation of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
