摘 要:扫描探针显微技术是一门讲授扫描探针显微镜理论知识和实践操作的课程。该课程通过理论教学,促使学生扎实掌握不同类型扫描探针显微镜的基本构造和原理;通过实践教学,使学生加深对扫描探针显微镜功能的理解,培养学生的动手能力和思维能力。在国家提倡线上线下混合式教学的背景下,以扫描探针显微技术课程为例,探索开展线上线下混合式教学的路径,以期为相关课程的教学改革提供借鉴。Scanning probe microscopy is a course teaching the theoretical knowledge and practical operation of scanning probe microscopy.Through theoretical teaching,students are encouraged to grasp the basic structure and principle of different types of scanning probe microscopes;through practical teaching,students can deepen their understanding of the function of scanning probe microscope and cultivate their practical ability and thinking ability.Under the background that the country advocates online and offline blended teaching,this paper takes the scanning probe microscopy course as an example to explore the path to carry out online and offline blended teaching,in order to provide reference for the teaching reform of related courses.
